Calvary Christian School has been operating for over 20 years. We began as Calvary Country School offering pre-kindergarten and kindergarten only. We added classes to include 5th grade, then expanded to 8th grade, and in 2002 offered pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

When Calvary Chapel Nampa was formed 25 plus years ago, the leadership envisioned a ministry of Christian education for the youth of the church and our community. It was their desire  to offer a quality Christian education that would be affordable. It is this vision upon which Calvary Christian School has been built. Our core values have remained the same over these past 20 plus years. We are committed to providing an excellent academic and spiritual alternative to the surrounding community at a tuition that represents excellent value.

Calvary Christian School is a ministry of and accountable to Calvary Chapel Nampa. We ascribe to the churches statement of faith and hold to the Christian ethics and practices outlined in the Word of God, the Bible. This school holds to all of the principles and biblical doctrines of Calvary Chapel Nampa. Calvary Chapel Nampa Senior Pastor Tim Doughty is the spiritual leader and head of both the church and the school.

We believe our school is a unique Christian school that is not receiving government funding meaning we are not teaching common core.  We currently offer A.C.E.(Acelerated Christian Education) curriculum throughout our school.

Mission Statement

We strive to offer an outstanding comprehensive curricula focusing on individual excellence while instituting critical thinking skills. The A.C.E. (Accelerated Christian Education) program embodies these standards as the curriculum promotes academic excellence exceeding the requirements of the state of Idaho, while promoting a curriculum that is Christ centered.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (NKJ) The young men and women who complete their studies at Calvary Christian School are steeped in Biblical character, thereby becoming successes in their homes, their churches, their communities, and are a benefit to all they encounter.
